Movie Film to DVD
Harmon's Professional Video Transfer Service can copy all your 8mm, Super 8mm or 16mm movies to DVD. All transfers are done at SP (2-hour) speed for best quality. You are only charged for the actual time recorded on the DVD. Short blank spots are left in the tape, but long blank spots will be edited out.

Harmon's supplies a generic selection of easy listening music that is copyright free. If you wish to supply your own CD's for background music, we will charge $ 45.00 per hour for custom audio editing. You may also supply your own audio narration
Titles may be placed at the beginning of the order, and between each reel of film.Titles can be no longer than 8 lines and 20 characters per line.

(to fix movies that are not re-wound, or backwards/upside down on the reels)
Mixed Sizes: If two different format films are in the same order add $10.00

This chart will help you determine the total cost of transferring your home movies to video. Add up the number of 50' reels you have, or the total footage if you have different sizes, and use the chart below.
Video to DVD
Harmon's Professional Video Transfer Service can copy all your VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS, Video-8, Hi-8, Digital-8, Mini-DV, Mini DVCAM, Beta Cam SP and 3/4' original tapes. All transfers are done at SP (2-hour) speed for best quality. We record to the DVD-R format, which may not be compatible with some older DVD players. Please check your player for compatibility before ordering DVD's.
First copy to DVD (up to 2 hours)
For multiple originals copied to the same DVD, add $ 5.00 per original tape
NOTE: We can only copy video tapes or DVD's that you have shot yourself. If the material is copyrighted by someone else, it is illegal to make copies. We cannot copy pre-recorded movies, or video tapes that were recorded from TV programs.
